Nandika-small

We are a network where you may meet people with a similar life purpose: professors, administrators and staff, young and old, men and women of various backgrounds, all of whom love the academy — and find the person and works of Jesus of Nazareth to be satisfying and true.

We are Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant believers committed to the historic Christian faith* and united in Jesus Christ for His glory.

Our meetings are open to all members of the university community. We love the dialogue, discussions and even disagreements that are so vital within academia.

We are a UNT Employee Resource Group through the Provost’s office.

We are associated with Faculty Commons, a ministry of CRU.

Core Values

Service

To be a Christ follower is to be a servant. We want to serve UNT in any way we can — we are glad to be working here and love working alongside faculty, administrators and staff.

Excellence

We believe excellence in our work honors God and strive to represent Him in the quality of our research, service, teaching and in the administration of our responsibilities.

Graceful Conversations

We believe all viewpoints should be included in the university, even those from a faith perspective. Our conversations will always (hopefully) be marked by respect for others and an eagerness to dialogue.

[I Peter 4:10; Col 3:23; Col 4:5,6]

* Each semester, we affirm the Nicene Creed as central to the Christian faith.
